We'll inspect it for free and tell you what we see.

Most asphalt shingle roofs last roughly 20 to 30 years, depending on the shingle, attic ventilation and how much weather they've taken. In southwest Ohio, freeze-thaw cycles, summer heat and hail wear shingles faster. Around Savannah and Hinesville, heat, humidity and coastal storms do the same. If your roof is in that range or you see curling or missing shingles, a free inspection will tell you where it stands.
