Roof Repair
Wind and hail damage roof repair in southwest Ohio and the Savannah and Hinesville area of Georgia.
Wind damage usually shows up as missing shingles, tabs folded back along the edges and ridge, or shingles that have lost their seal and lift in the next gust. Hail leaves bruises and bare spots where granules have been knocked off, plus dents in metal vents, flashing and gutters. Either kind of damage can let water under the shingles, and the first sign is often a stain on a ceiling. We repair wind and hail damage on homes across Dayton, Centerville, Springfield, Cincinnati and West Chester, and in Savannah and Hinesville, Georgia. We start with a free roof inspection to find where the damage is and how far it goes. Then we replace or reseal the damaged shingles and fix the flashing and vents around them. We match the existing roof as closely as we can. If a storm caused the damage, your homeowner's insurance may cover it, and we help with every part of the claim process. If the damage is widespread, we will tell you when a replacement makes more sense than patching.

Common questions
Can a few missing shingles wait until spring?
It is better not to wait. Missing shingles leave the underlayment exposed to rain and snow. The next strong wind can also catch the edges of the shingles around the gap and pull more loose.
Will the repair match my existing shingles?
We match color and style as closely as we can. Older shingles fade, so a new patch may look slightly different at first. If hail damage covers most of the roof, replacement may be the better option and may be covered by insurance.
Is wind or hail damage covered by insurance?
It often is, but it depends on your policy. We help homeowners with every step of the insurance claim process, from the first inspection to the finished repair.
